Use these guides to understand offers, confirmations, referrals, and payout requests.
Offer is still pending
Open your dashboard, finish the provider's requirements, then use Confirm Completed. Pending clicks do not change confirmed stats.
Referral was not counted
Your friend must register through your personal referral link and confirm a first offer. Self-referrals and duplicate pending claims are blocked.
Requesting a payout
Choose a payout method in your dashboard and submit your confirmed balance for manual review. A request is not proof that payment has been sent.
Before contacting support
Keep the offer name, completion date, provider confirmation, and any relevant referral details ready. Never send passwords, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or verification codes.
